Being third culture children and inspired by a family of strong and multifaceted women, husband and wife Saahil & Gauri, founded House of Tatva to create a brand that could encapsulate the spirit and essence “tatva” of today's modern woman. The Tatva woman is equally at home in Delhi, Bangkok, Dubai, London or LA and her diamonds accompany her everyday – be it at home or across the world.
Saahil is a third generation diamantaire following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father before him. Having started out as a biochemist, he decided long ago that he would rather capture the brilliance of diamonds in jewelry and has been crafting jewelry for many years.
Gauri is an investment banker with a passion for all things design and creative. Having lived the dual life for far too long, she decided to take the plunge and dive headfirst into her passion for the imaginative and artistic.
Together, they formed the House of Tatva , with the aim to create accessible pieces in the heritage of traditional fine jewelry that speaks to contemporary women everywhere- the modern heirloom.
